Severely disappointed now because now this connects to the NHL app and if you like a function app youre screwed BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION

I used the Capitals app because I dont like the NHL app. It is buggy, overloaded, hard to use, slow to load, and generally ugly. The redesign hasnt helped the underlying problem of a bloated slow app. The caps radio feed through the NHL app is unreliable, cutting out when I browse stats in the Pap. I am annoyed that they have neutered the Capitals app and force me into exactly what I wanted to avoid. Plus they removed the Apple Watch functionality. Why? This is stupid move that only annoys the loyal fans.

Its only a link to NHL app. Useless to Caps fan who only want to follow the Capitals. Complete garbage!!

This app is now worthless. Stating that it is "one touch access" to the NHL app is insulting to the users intelligence. Why would we need an app to redirect us to the NHL app? O thats right we dont because that is just stupid. Sad the old app is gone. I will be deleting both apps and will get my Caps and hockey fix via other sports apps. Thanks for nothing.

The app has been discontinued and is being merged w the NHL app. Just happy the radio broadcast are available on TuneIn Radio.

I am not happy with the new update. I had been enjoying listening to the pre-season games over Caps radio - now its not even showing that they were playing! If I wanted the NHL app, I would have signed up for it long ago.

The app was PERFECT before the update that redirected it to the NHL app!!!! SO disappointed :(

Im all for change but this new update is horrible. I want the individual team apps back! Cant get info to load on previous game even after leaving it up for about 10 minutes. I dont understand why the NHL thought this wouldve been a good idea, definitely missed the mark. Love the caps, hate the new update!

If I wanted the NHL app, I would have downloaded the NHL app. I want the Caps app - all about the Caps. Gigantic misread on what Caps fans want.

Way to ruin a great app! Here is an advice to NHL: you want me to pay for streaming your games? Sure, if you set as reasonable price. I would pay $10 a month top. No blackouts and no off-on-market bs.

Such a disappointment! If I want the NHL app I will open it. This is not an app anymore, its a disappointment. Loved the Caps app now it is nothing more than a space holder on my phone. Sad and the developers should be ashamed.

I used the app all the time, its useless to me now. Doesnt deserve a star period

Wow, I really have no words for how lame this update is, its gonna look bad for you, since I now have to use Tunein Radio, just to listen to Caps games, hope your future updates are better than this

This is such a useless cop out. Nobody wants a launcher into an app they already dont want. The Caps app was perfect. Why even pretend to have an app!?!?! Please give us back what we all used and loved.

How am I supposed to access my tickets on the Caps app when the NHL app always takes over upon launch? I liked the update until the NHL app broke it. We have a game tomorrow, and now I can access my tickets!!!
