For a franchise that peppers fans with trivia all week, they rightfully said nothing about this terrible app. I deleted it immediately.

So, Im supposed to get my tickets for games using Account Manager in the app, except, this app doesnt have anything in it. Its literally just a launcher for another app. Whats the point and now how am I supposed to get my tickets?

This is like watching B&W tv. Loved watching Caps pre and post game interviews now gone. Have to wade through a bunch of flash, content is terrible. No wonder the league loses $.

Are you kidding? In 2016 you go from 4-5 star to 1 star? Only a league thats losing $ could come up with this. I loved the pre and post interviews now a bunch of flash and time taken to figure out where to go. Grade of F-.

this update just makes the capitals app a portal to the nhl app. So stupid

For the love of god, PLEASE bring back the old Caps app!

Heres the rub - my girlfriend can still access the old app on her iPhone 5. Me, Im stuck with this or no caps app at all. Ill go with the latter. Ted, are you listening?!!!

Ever see an app with almost 100% 1 star reviews? Well here it is with the latest update. Somehow you blew up a perfectly good app that I used all the time for years by forwarding us now to the NHL app which also ironically gets terrible ratings. The NHL app is badly flawed in itself but if I wanted that I would have gone to get it individually. Also I can no longer even manage my tickets properly through this thing. Give us back our custom Caps app!!! Just awful. Avoid this update if possible until they fix it.

Is it too much to ask to have an app that focuses on just the team I follow?

Way to totally destroy a great app. Someone should lose a job over this decision! Utterly pathetic!

Just a forwarding app to NHLs app. So why bother? This use to be a great app sad to see it go.

This has to be the most lazy app I have ever seen. Why would we want an app to just go straight to another app. Either change this back or inform your users if that wont happen, because this app is not worth the space on my phone...

I just deleted the app as I thought something seriously wrong being connected with the NHL app. Please bring back the app for my Caps team. Not being local anymore I didnt have to search for info. Now I cant have my 1 stop for all info & Caps Radio. Please bring it back......

Id give it zero stars if I could. I used this app all the time, but the latest update, which sends it to the NHL app instead, is completely worthless! Ive removed both this app & the NHL app from my phone because its just wasted space at this point.

I dont need two apps to open the NHL app or to be forwarded to the NHL app. Its about the Capitals experience and this is a shame. Whats next, I guess Ill drop my season tickets and forward myself to my couch and television. Hum, think of all the money Ill save on beer and hotdogs plus I can park in my garage for free as well. Come on Ted, lets rethink this one!

Yes! To those thats been wanting it (I included), live game radio streaming is now available! If you have the old version, just make sure to update. Now waiting for the electronic version of the Media Guide (even if there is a nominal fee for it). :-)

Great app. Works great. Just wish they would alert you when a goal is scored and also who scored it like they did before

Theres a lot you can do with this app. The addition of the video highlights really raises the bar for sports apps. Definitely my favorite app I use on a daily basis.

The reason why its better than gamecenter is because you dont have to pay to watch anything. Also there is a radio feature(which is better than nothing). The only thing is they need to have the roster for the caps. Besides that it a great app and a must have for caps fan(the rosters is the only reason o didnt give it five stars)!!
